What a typical order looks like
  1. Student adds items or uploads PDFs.
  2. Vendor accepts and prepares the order.
  3. Rider picks up and marks “On the way”.
  4. Student receives call/WhatsApp on arrival.
  5. Delivery PIN is checked & order completed.
